We want to make the application process as simple and transparent as possible. Here we show you how it usually works and what steps you need to take.
Formalities
As we are already on first-name terms with you, you are welcome to do the same with us in your application. If you are on first-name terms with us, we will do this for the subsequent application process. We expect at least a cover letter, CV and references from all applicants. We also expect information on your salary expectations and earliest possible start date.
Sending documents
Please send your complete application documents as a .pdf by e-mail. Please ensure that they do not exceed 15 MB in size.

Our application process
1. Review of the documents
Once we have received your application, we will review it and check whether you match the profile. Formal aspects, such as the completeness of the documents, are included in the assessment.
2. Feedback on the application
You will then receive feedback by phone or e-mail. If you have any unanswered questions, we will clarify them directly and straightforwardly and discuss the next steps.
3. Job interview
This is followed by an initial interview in person or digitally so that we can get to know each other better. You tell us about yourself and your career, we tell you about us and your future tasks.
4. Feedback on the interview
In any case, you will receive feedback by e-mail or telephone after our interview. If you would still like to start with us, we will clarify the final formalities.
5. Welcome to the team!
We look forward to welcoming you to our company. The first day starts in the traditional way with an office tour and team introduction. Don't worry - we take everyone by the hand at the beginning.
